Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and BiziPing, which operates BiziPing. By using BiziPing, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use BiziPing

You must be at least 18 years old, and able to enter a binding agreement.

2. Your account

• You sign in with one-time codes. Keep access to your email and phone secure, and never share a code. Our team will never ask for one.
• Give accurate information. A phone number you enter must be yours.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Business accounts

• Every business is reviewed before it goes live. We may approve, reject, or later suspend a business at our discretion.
• You must own or be authorised to use the business name and phone number you register.
• You agree that your business phone number and profile are public and searchable.
• You are responsible for your staff and for everything sent from your business account.
• You must not impersonate another business or person.

4. How messaging works

• Customers can message businesses. Businesses can message customers who have contacted them, and other businesses.
• When a customer messages a business, the business can see the customer's phone number and email address.
• Either side can block or report the other at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use BiziPing to:

• scam, defraud, or mislead anyone, including fake payment confirmations or impersonation;
• send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or automated messages;
• harass, threaten, or abuse anyone;
• share illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights;
• break any law that applies to you, including laws on payments and financial services;
• interfere with the service, bypass its limits, or access accounts or conversations that aren't yours.

6. Transactions between users

BiziPing is a messaging platform only. We are not a party to any deal, payment, deposit, withdrawal, or other transaction between users, and we do not hold, transfer, or guarantee anyone's money. Approval of a business, or a verified badge, is not a guarantee of its conduct. You are responsible for your own dealings, and for checking who you are paying.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you send. You give us permission to store, transmit, and display it only as needed to run BiziPing, including showing a reported conversation's recent messages to our review team.

8. Reports, suspension, and termination

• We may review reports and suspend or close accounts or businesses that break these terms, with or without notice.
• You can delete your account at any time in settings. What happens to your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

9. Availability

We work to keep BiziPing running reliably, but the service is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Notifications depend on your device, browser, and third-party services, and may sometimes be delayed or missed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BiziPing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from transactions or dealings between users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will update the date above, and tell you about significant changes. Continuing to use BiziPing after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where BiziPing is incorporated. This does not remove any protections you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
